Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wagified. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.
Your Order exchange rights:
You are entitled to exchange your order within 7 days. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary. We do not accept returns due to the type of products we sell. All of our liquid grooming products are shipped with four tiers of leak-proof/sealed shipping materials for your protection.
The deadline for requesting an exchange is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Conditions for Exchanges:
In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that the Goods were purchased in the last 7 days. The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions below are not met:
- Items are not returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Packaged goods are not returned unopened and in new, resell-able condition.
- Returned without a receipt.
- Returned after 30 days of purchase.
- Request for exchange past 7 days.
If an item arrives to you and is damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective merchandise. Please, be prepared to supply an order number, date and item number when contacting us. We may ask for a photo of the defective merchandise, if necessary.
Do not return to the sender. Email us within 7 days about return concerns.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a store credit or exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
The following items aren't allowed for return:
Returns will not be made on the following items:
- Grooming products such as shampoo, otic solution, paw balm, and body spray.
- Sale, clearance or discontinued items.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Include your original receipt.
- Fill out our form.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your exchange return once it is received at our warehouse.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of management. The first exchange will not incur any restocking fees. However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to any subsequent exchange from the original order.
Instructions for exchange:
Send an email to email@example.com within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item.
Please include the following in your email:
Date of Purchase.
Name, phone number, and shipping address.
Upon receiving your email, we will email you the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) along with a return form for you to fill out to include in your return to us.
Refunds will not be made. No exceptions.
No exchange will be processed unless the form is completely filled out. If the form is not filled out, you will receive a store credit. The RMA is good for seven (7) business days from email sent from Wagified.
DO NOT send items back to Wagified without the RMA Number on your package or your return may be refused and/or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in it's original condition and we will issue a store credit. An email will be sent to you regarding your new order number for the exchanged item or the applied store credit.
Please note: Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, which includes shipping any item back to us, and the shipping of a reorder.
Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing returns after we have received your return.
